Calendering operation is required after paper machine production

When the paper machine is produced to the next step, surface finishing is required. The main function of the surface finishing section is to use multiple processes to obtain good surface quality. Simply put, it is to improve the production quality of the paper machine.

After most of the paper products are produced by the paper machine, they need to be calendered through the calender equipment, so that the paper surface produced can be smooth and consistent. The calender equipment is made of several cold cast iron rolls, and then the paper is smoothed by the weight of each roll or additional pressure.
