Pressure part of toilet paper machine: it is a common phenomenon that the felt deviates, the K pressure scraper is jammed, and the paper runs on the K pressure felt. When the paper is cut off, the whole paper page can not be pulled off and fly into the first and second pressure areas

1. When the wool cloth deviates, adjust it manually first. If it cannot be adjusted, press the emergency stop switch immediately to protect the equipment

2 K press the scraper to jam the pulp, and the paper leaves will go along with the woolen cloth. Stop the pulp pump. If you don't have time, press the red emergency stop button immediately to ensure the safety of the equipment

3. When the pressure part of the toilet paper machine is broken, the paper can't be pulled out and the blow pipe moves, but the paper can't be blown out, the whole paper page still flies into the first pressure area, and the second pressure area causes damage to the equipment and parts, press the emergency stop button immediately (according to the current modification procedure, the press roller can be lifted manually, and the pressure part can be interlocked and stop automatically)
