How to solve the problem of paper machine rewinding cracks

1. Uneven hardness or uneven moisture content of paper rolls in papermaking machinery, find problems and improve;

2. Identify and remove the pulp lump of the papermaking machinery on the dryer cylinder, paper guide roller and spreading roller;

3. Check that the stretching device is set properly;

4. The roll paper is too tight.

5. Before installing the paper core on the rewinding machine, check each paper core to confirm that the paper core size is the same as the shaft end size;

6. If the edge crack is caused by excessively high side blowing, you should reduce the side blowing pressure;

7. Check the longitudinal knife;

8. If the longitudinal knife is set shallow, the longitudinal knife should be raised to cut the handle;

9. Replace or regrind damaged slitter.
