The hook of the puller should be hooked to the inner ring of the bearing, not the outer ring, so as to avoid excessive loosening or damage to the bearing; when using the puller, the lead screw should be aligned with the center hole of the shaft and must not be skewed. Pay attention to the force of the hook and the bearing, do not damage the hook and bearing; pay attention to prevent the hook from slipping; the angle of the two feet is less than 90°. The push method uses a press to push the bearing, which works smoothly and reliably without damaging the machine and the bearing. The press has manual push, mechanical or hydraulic press push. Matters needing attention: The force point of the press should be on the center of the shaft and should not be biased. Fourth, the hot disassembly method is used to disassemble the tightly fitted bearing. First, pour the oil heated to about 100 ℃ on the bearing to be disassembled with an oil can. After the bearing ring is heated and expanded, the bearing can be pulled out with a puller. The puller should be installed on the bearing to be disassembled, and a certain pulling force should be applied; before heating, the shaft should be wrapped with asbestos rope or thin iron plate to prevent the shaft from expanding due to heat, otherwise it will be difficult to disassemble, from the bearing box shell hole. When disassembling the bearing, only the bearing housing hole can be heated, and the bearing cannot be heated; when pouring oil, the oil can should be poured smoothly on the bearing ring or rolling element, and an oil basin should be placed under it to collect the flow down. to avoid waste and burns; the operator should wear asbestos gloves to prevent burns.
