Operating procedures for starting and stopping of the wire section of the paper machine

(1) Key points of starting and stopping operation of the wire part of the paper machine:

1. Check whether all parts are in good condition, and remove the sundries on the equipment, especially the inside and outside of the net.

2. Drop the scrapers of each guide roller and breast roller, and check whether the scrapers are tight.

3. Check the operation of the automatic screen guide corrector, so that the positive roller of the automatic screen guide is aligned with the center.

4. Slowly tighten the net to the predetermined 18-27N/cm.

5. Set the position of the fixed water needle, and open the cleaning water and sealing water inside the couch roll.

6. After confirming that the equipment is in good condition and no one is in the dangerous place, the water spray pipe can be opened and the pneumatic net crawls.

7. Gradually tighten the mesh to the predetermined tension of 40-45 N/cm, and check the mesh surface and edge conditions

8. The normal speed of the fourdrinier wire machine is slowly accelerated to prevent slippage, and at the same time, pay close attention to the operation of the net and the working condition of the guide device.

9. Open the water needle, wetting and spraying water on the edge of the paper and the paper, and open each scraper to move.

10. Turn on the couch roll broke pool agitator, dilution water valve, etc. After the speed of the net is stable, the slurry can be applied.

11. After the operation starts, adjust the tension to the required amount. Within the first 24-48 hours, the polyester mesh has a small amount of elastic elongation (about 0.1-0.1%), and then the mesh remains stable.

12. Adjust the load ratio of the couch roll and the net drive roll to 4:6. Adjust the speed of the wire section and the press section. After the net sizing is normal and the vacuum degree of the couch roll reaches the predetermined value, the paper threading operation is carried out.

13. After the paper splicing is completed, turn off the paper wetting and spray water, and put the dilution water in the couch roll broke pool into the automatic.

(2) The main points of normal production operation in the wire department of the paper machine:

1. Normally check the water line condition of the mesh surface, the vacuum degree of the couch roll and the paper feeding roll and the feeding condition. If there is any abnormality, it should be adjusted and dealt with in time;

2. Check the water needle frequently to ensure that it is flexible and smooth, and pay attention that the pressure is not too low;

3. Always check the movement of the scraper of each roller. The rollers should not be wrapped with material. If there is any wrapped material, it should be washed with water.

4. Always check the working condition of the guide and its compressed air pressure to ensure its sensitive work.

5. Open the net (polyester net) regularly to clean the net with high pressure cleaning water and keep the net clean;

6. Regularly flush the slurry on both sides of each dewatering element of the net plan and the slurry stored at the scraper of each guide roller.

7. Always pay attention to the changes of various parameters on the operation panel, and adjust them at any time to keep normal.

(3) Main points of shutdown operation of the wire part of the paper machine:

1. After receiving the notice of shutdown, open the paper to wet and spray the water and the dilution water of the couch roll damaged paper pool.

2. Cut off the tailing vacuum, lift the tailing roller, and interrupt the paper web.

3. After the net surface is free of pulp, stop the net and change it to crawling, carefully check the condition of the net, and clean all parts.

4. After confirming that it is in good condition, turn off the paper wetting water, spray the edge of the paper to remove water, water needle water, high-pressure cleaning water of the mesh and dilution water of the couch roll damaged paper pool, stop the movement of the scrapers of each roll, then stop the mesh, and Loosen the net.
