1. Installation of paper machine Preparations before:

2. The workshop and foundation should have sufficient height and installation position according to the size of the paper machine installation foundation. The paper machine foundation should be made of high-standard cement and must be embedded with steel reinforcement, and threading pipes or cable trenches should be reserved.

3. Lifting tools of 1-2 tons should be equipped for paper machine installation and maintenance.

4. The time from the factory to the use of the paper machine exceeds 6 months. The equipment must be cleaned once. After the cleaning, sufficient oil should be added to each part.

2.Paper machine equipment installation:

1. First, fix the transmission device of the paper machine equipment, mainly to control a certain height, and then use the level of the end of the level, and at the same time, it is necessary to fix the screws on the transmission equipment.

2. For the installation of the main machine of the paper machine, please follow the steps indicated by us.

3. The location and information of the steam pipelines should be installed according to the general plan, without any alteration or processing, the connection of each pipeline should be sealed, and there should be no air leakage after tightening. After the installation of each component, the test machine work should be carried out.

3. Paper machine (idle test machine):

1. After the paper machine is installed, a no-load test machine should be carried out. The time for the host to idle test machine should not be less than 1 hour; the host machine runs smoothly before it can be produced slowly.

2. The supporting equipment of the paper machine should also be started with no load, and then used after normal operation, and then observe its operation effect, without abnormal noise and vibration.

3. The test time of the load operation is not less than 8 hours. After the paper machine works normally, there is no abnormal noise in the whole machine, and there is no air leakage at the connection of each pipe. After the test machine, the pipe connection is tightened again and it can be put into normal use. Suitable for gas, air, heavy oil, petroleum, chemicals, etc.
