There are two coating methods, one is to coat the photosensitive emulsion on the screen by multiple wet pressing operations; or the drying process is added after each coating. A machine that quantitatively coats liquid (or melt) polymer materials such as adhesives or coatings on the surface of materials.


It is suitable for the production of soft substrates such as PVC/PE film. Simply put, the glue is applied to the film. Specifically, it includes gluing, drying, winding and tension control. The film can be PVC, PE, PET... or some paper, such as hot melt adhesive on the release paper

The screen coating machine is equipped with a device that can clamp the screen frame on the vertical frame. Before and after the screen area is a horizontal coating mechanism, which consists of a coating tank, and mechanical or pneumatic components that control the angle and pressure of the coating tank.


Both ends of the coating mechanism are installed on the vertical support arm of the coating machine, and the coating mechanism is moved up and down through the transmission of belts, chains or cables to coat along the surface of the wire mesh. The transmission mechanism is connected to the servo or frequency conversion motor, which makes it operate smoothly and can precisely control the position of the coating mechanism.


Before coating, load the clean and stretched screen from the front of the coating machine, and some models can also load the screen from the side. Among the models designed for large-format screen frames, side loading is more common, because the screen frame is large and bulky, and side loading can reduce the amount of lift and movement. Plate loading from the side is more convenient when the automatic screen coater is running in-line with other automatic screen processing equipment such as cleaning equipment, regeneration equipment, drying units and developers.


Regardless of how the stencil is loaded, once the stencil is in the correct position, the pneumatic or mechanical clamping device closes, locking the stencil. For more convenient operation, many models have foot pedals to control the action of the plate clamp, and the operator can free both hands to control the screen plate. After the screen plate is installed, and the corresponding photosensitive emulsion is poured into the automatic coating machine, the coating can be started. According to the functions of the control system and the equipment, the equipment can coat both sides of the wire mesh at the same time.


The coating machine is designed and manufactured to meet the packaging requirements of the containerized storage, transportation and mechanized loading and unloading operations of goods. It is widely used in foreign trade exports, food and beverages, irrigation, papermaking, dyes, plastic chemicals, glass ceramics, electromechanical castings and other products. It can improve production efficiency, prevent damage to goods during handling, and play a role in preventing dust. , Moisture-proof and cleaning effect.


The working principle of the coating machine is to place the wound object in the center of the turntable, start the turntable motor to rotate, and naturally drive the turntable to rotate, so that the object realizes the peripheral wrapping film machine. At the same time, the motor of the elevator is also started, which drives the whole assembly of the winding and binding machine to move up and down to achieve the winding of the object in the height direction, which realizes the winding and packaging of the entire appearance of the object. This is not only conducive to the packaging requirements of cargo storage, transportation and mechanized loading and unloading operations, but also prevents the damage of the cargo during the handling process, plays the role of dustproof, moisture-proof and cleaning, and also reduces the production cost and improves the production efficiency. The main thing in the winding process is the adjustment of the film tension and the film penetration. Generally, the degree of film tension can be achieved by adjusting the speed of the turntable and the speed of the motor. As long as you know that the faster the turntable rotates and the slower the motor rotates, the tighter the membrane will be, and vice versa. This principle is not difficult to operate.
