Work flow of paper machine

The paper machine is a complete set of pulp forming equipment that integrates the headbox, the wire section, the press section, the dryer section, the calender, the reeling machine, and the main engine of the transmission section, as well as auxiliary systems such as steam, water, vacuum, lubrication, and heat recovery. The wet paper forming wire part is the core of the paper machine. According to the structure of the wire part, the paper machine can be divided into fourdrinier paper machine, sandwich paper machine and cylinder paper machine.

The paper machine headbox is a kind of equipment that uniformly and stably conveys the slurry of appropriate concentration to the net through the slurry distributor, rectifier, weir pool, weir plate nozzle and other parts, also known as the head box. After the pulp is sprayed from the headbox onto the copper mesh, wet paper sheets are formed on the mesh and dewatered. Then, it is squeezed, that is, the moisture content in the wet paper is mechanically squeezed from the network to increase the dryness of the paper, while improving the surface properties of the paper, eliminating net marks, and improving the smoothness, compactness and strength of the paper; Into the drying cadre, further dehydration and pressing will shrink the paper and improve the tightness and strength between the fibers.

When the paper comes out of the drying section, it is calendered by a calender, which can improve the smoothness, gloss and tightness of the paper, make the thickness of the paper uniform, and reduce the air permeability. Finally, roll the paper into a paper roll with a roller to complete the main process of papermaking. In order to meet the different needs in the future, the paper mill also has related machinery such as super calenders, rewinders, and paper cutters.

The paper industry process consumes a lot of raw materials, water, electricity, chemicals, and produces a lot of waste water and waste residue. Therefore, the future of the paper machine will be the use of a wide range of papermaking raw materials, reducing the consumption of materials and energy in the papermaking process, and reducing environmental pollution.
