A brief introduction to pope reel

Pope reel is the first complete set of equipment after the paper machine. Relying on the weight of the paper roll and the frictional force of the rotation of the cold cylinder, the paper is driven to be evenly wound. Therefore, the paper roll makes the paper more uniform and can meet the needs of different papers.

Structural characteristics of pope reel:

1. Rewind in the center of the two rewinding shafts, and lift in the fixed groove;

2. Frequency conversion speed motor drive;

3. Adopt constant tension control system; correct correction adopts photoelectric automatic correction system;

4. Automatic shutdown device for material failure, emergency stop function, and keep the tension constant;

5. The unwinding shaft adopts the tension inflatable shaft, and the rewinding shaft adopts the tension inflatable shaft;

6. Pneumatic feeding mechanism, pneumatic unloading mechanism, positioning of air expansion shaft;

7. Shearing round knife slitting, which can be adapted to slitting materials of different properties;

8. Equipped with a fan, using wind to blow the side material; the length of the material is automatically counted.

Pope reel is mainly used to cut large-size toilet paper from single-layer rewinding into single-layer, two-layer or three-layer paper for folding paper towels, napkins, boxed facial tissues, etc.
