After the vibrating screen is used for a period of time, grease or dirt will adhere to the surface. If it is not cleaned in time, the screen will rust. Therefore, the impurities on the screen should be cleaned up in time after using the vibrating screen. It can be cleaned with soap, warm water or weak detergent. If there is oily dirt, you can wipe it with a soft cloth and then wash it with detergent. If there is rust on the surface of the vibrating screen, it can be cleaned with nitric acid or other derusting acids; if rainbow patterns appear, it can be cleaned with neutral detergent in warm water.

High-concentration beating can be achieved through high-concentration disc refiner or other high-concentration fine grinding equipment. High-concentration beating than low-concentration beating can significantly improve the properties of paper, such as tensile strength, tear resistance, flexural resistance, fracture resistance and elongation.
