Pulp pumps are used for transporting mixtures of liquid and solid components (e. g. fibrous materials in the pulp and paper industry).
The mixing impeller is driven by the power unit to rotate in a fixed direction; during the rotation, the material is driven to rotate in the axial direction and in the radial direction. The materials in the mixer have axial and circular motions at the same time, so there are several stirring forms such as shear stirring and diffusion stirring at the same time. It can effectively stir and mix materials quickly.
The two-phase flow pulp pump adopts the principle of "relative suction and relative blockage" in the two-phase flow theory to carry out the hydraulic design of the pump, so that the hydraulic performance of the pump's flow-through components conforms to the law of solid-liquid two-phase flow, thereby reducing the amount of slurry The body's erosion and wear of the flow-through components greatly improves the working efficiency and service life of the pump
Follow the recommended cycle to check. Establish operating records, including operating hours, adjustment and replacement of fillers, adding lubricants and other maintenance measures and time. The suction and discharge pressure, flow rate, input power, temperature of washing liquid and bearing, and vibration of the pulp pump should be measured and recorded regularly.
